Draw it Out

(Proverbs 18:4 NKJV) “The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; The wellspring of wisdom is a flowing brook.”

The wisdom of God that will lead you to great victories is already within you. When the Holy Spirit moved in to live inside of you, He came in with all the wisdom of God. You are loaded! However, you need to be proficient in drawing out this supernatural wisdom. It is not something on the surface; not what your natural body or soul can easily grab.

It is deep-seated in your spirit. Why? That is where the Holy Spirit lives. To walk in the wisdom of God, you must be diligent in spiritual things. The level of attention you give to the word of God and prayer is what will determine how much of the wisdom of God that will be made available to you. Practicing the presence of God also plays a major role in drawing out the wisdom of God. You must be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit within you.

The reality of the Holy Spirit in your life will turn on the switch of wisdom. Friend, you cannot afford to be slack. Turn on the light; do not live another day in darkness. Diligently employ the help of the Holy Spirit in you to bring out the wisdom for your life.

MY DAILY CONFESSION
I have a strong foundation of wisdom for every aspect of my life. I do not live by the natural wisdom of this world, but I do operate by the divine wisdom of God. Christ, the wisdom of God, lives within me; I know the deep secrets of God. I walk with the wise, so I cannot be destroyed.

Evil communications do not proceed out of my mouth, but that which is good for the building up of others. My mouth is a well of life and wisdom flows out of it continually. My faith is not built on the wisdom of this world but on the power of God. I function in life by the wisdom that the Holy Spirit teaches.

I am very discerning of spiritual things because the wisdom of God is at work in me. I pay attention to the word of God, which is able to make me wise unto health, protection, deliverance and all-round soundness. I search the Scriptures daily and I always receive revelations and wisdom for a victorious living.

The devil cannot comprehend my life because I am founded on the wisdom of God. The wisdom of God works all things out for my good. My life is advancing because I am increasing in divine wisdom. The secrets of God for my life are revealed unto me. The eyes of my understanding are enlightened because I have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God.

I have access to the hidden wisdom that God has ordained for my glory. I love correction and reproof. I am open to wise counsel and my destiny is protected from destruction. I maintain a teachable spirit and adhere to godly instructions. I have the mind of Christ and I reign in life by the supernatural wisdom that comes from above.

Line upon Line

(Isaiah 28:10 NKJV) “For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept, Line upon line, line upon line, Here a little, there a little.”

God does not reveal His plans and purposes for the rest of your life all at once. Rather, He reveals His purpose to you in bits and pieces. One of the reasons why God will not reveal everything about your future to you all at once is because this might negatively affect your walk of faith. He expects you to walk by faith and not by sight.
God’s wisdom for the present phase of your life is revealed to your spirit by the Holy Spirit. His expectation is that you will be faithful with what has been revealed and employ it to maximize your life. The problem is that we want to jump to the next phase of our life without passing the test of faithfulness where we are.

God is not interested in delaying your next phase, but first of all, endeavor to maximize the wisdom that has been revealed for the present season of your life. Don’t jump ahead of yourself. Focus on where you are. Learn to maximize and enjoy the present season of your life. Be assured; His wisdom will come to you line upon line and precept upon precept. One step at a time!

Tongue of Wisdom

(Luke 21:15 NKJV) “For I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.”

Jesus promised His disciples that they would be given such speech and wisdom that none of their opponents will be able to resist or refute. This promise does not just apply to the twelve apostles who worked directly with Jesus.

Rather, it is applicable to everyone that has confessed Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior. This kind of wisdom is a function of the Holy Spirit; the Holy Spirit within you puts you in a position to manifest the wisdom of God.

It is a direct result of the empowerment of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life. This wisdom is not just for pastors and evangelists. It is available for every member of the kingdom. You should expect it to be in manifestation at your workplace.

The promise of the “tongue of wisdom” is for you. Be conscious of it. Release your faith for it on purpose. Don’t go through life without it. It is your key to supernatural breakthrough. You have a tongue anointed for wisdom!

Chart Your Victory through Counsel

(Proverbs 11:14 NKJV) “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety.”

Counsel has everything to do for the fulfillment of your God-given dream. A wise counsel can make all the difference in your life. It can be the difference between success and failure. God did not create you to function like an island. Rather, He has placed people with godly counsel around you so that you can achieve your dream.

Your dream without adequate counsel will be limited. Moses without the counsel of his father-in-law would have died before his time. He was literally wearing himself out until Jethro, his father-in-law, counseled him to delegate authority to the leaders under him. Stop struggling. You don’t have to fall apart when you can receive help from godly counsel.

Recognize the people that God has positioned in your life today and be open to their counsel. Your upliftment depends on their wisdom because you do not know it all. Find your company of wise counselors and respect their inputs. Be humble enough to learn wisdom from them. This is what wise people do.

Walk with the Wise

(Proverbs 13:20 NKJV) “He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed.”

Wisdom is contagious! It can be increased in your life through association. When you surround yourself with people that are walking in the wisdom of God, you will be imparted with wisdom. God expects you to be responsible where the choice of your friends is concerned. You cannot afford to be sentimental. A relationship that takes you away from the wisdom of God is the last thing you need. How sensitive are you to people that God connects you to?

God will always lead you to people that have what it takes for you to go to the next level. However, it is your responsibility to recognize these people and treat them rightly. If there is any relationship you should take serious, it is such that would afford you the opportunity to be mentored. You need wise mentors that can guide you by the wisdom of God into your destiny. Through these wise men, you will be able to stand in an advantageous position in life.

Friend, learn how to avoid distraction. You do not have any business hanging around people that do not have regard for the wisdom of God. Protect your destiny today by having wise friends.

A Strong Base of Faith

(1 Corinthians 2:5 NKJV) “That your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.”

Real Bible-based faith is a result of divine wisdom. The plan of God is that every believer should have a strong base of faith that is founded on the wisdom that comes from His word. The kind of faith that God requires from every of His children is not based on natural senses. In fact, it is totally opposed to what is supplied by the five human senses.

Child of God, you cannot afford to live on what you see or feel. You need something stronger for your walk with God to be productive. This is the only way that your spirit will be able to function effectively. A natural man is limited because he is bound by his senses.

On the other hand, a Christian has access to the unlimited power of God. However, it is your faith that brings this power on the scene of your life. Go for wisdom. Draw it out of the word of God until your faith is well fed. Your senses cannot take you to the place that God has in mind for your life. Be smart today and give your faith a strong base to rest on.

The Most Important Thing

(Proverbs 4:7 NKJV) “Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.”

In order to have the best in life, it is necessary to get your priorities right. So many times we are so messed up where our list of priorities is concerned. Living like this can be costly. Godly wisdom, according to Proverbs 4, is the principal thing. This means that wisdom is the most important thing. Life without wisdom is full of struggles and stress.

Solomon understood how important wisdom is. When God gave him a blank check to fill, he quickly chose wisdom. He could have chosen riches and wealth but he knew that wisdom will eventually lead to riches and wealth. Wisdom is the root of every good thing in life. The very solution to every life situation is located in wisdom.

Wisdom’s root will produce every good fruit you need in life. The wisdom of God is primarily communicated through His word. The word of God will teach you how to deal with every affair of life. Be committed to developing a good relationship with God and His word. Then you will learn how to deal wisely with all affairs of life.

Your Health Insurance

(Exodus 15:26 NKJV) “And said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”

The commandment that has been given to the New Testament believer – the born again Christian – is the commandment to love. In the Old Testament, they had to observe so many laws and ordinances because they did not have the built-in ability to walk in God’s love. As New Testament saints, we are wired for love.

When we let it, love flows from us freely. It is natural for us to obey God’s commandment to love. As we do so, we insure ourselves against sickness and diseases. That is why the devil fights so hard to keep us from walking in love. He does this so that he can exploit us and keep sickness and disease on us.

You have the ability to keep yourself and your household immune from sickness. People do everything in the natural to get rid of sickness. They try to eat right, maintain proper hygiene and see the doctor when necessary. It’s time to be that responsible spiritually. It is even more crucial to be responsible spiritually. Make yourself immune to sickness and diseases by walking in the love of God.

MY DAILY CONFESSION

I am born of God and I have His nature of love. The love of God has been shed abroad in my heart. I release the force of God’s love within me on a consistent basis. I do not walk in strife, malice or unforgiveness. I walk freely in the love of God because it is my nature. I subject my flesh to walk in love. I do not walk according to the dictates of the flesh but I walk as led by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit enables me to walk in love at all times.

God is with me, God is in me and God is for me so I cannot fail. I please God and obey His commandments. I love God and I love my neighbors as myself. I therefore walk under open heavens. God opens the windows of heaven over my life because I co-operate with Him by walking in love. I enjoy the benefits of the new covenant established on better promises. I walk in healing, health, prosperity, preservation and wholeness. I am satisfied with long life and prosperity.

I cannot fail in life because love never fails. Whatsoever I lay my hands upon prospers. I prosper in my health, family, relationships and my career. I am born to win and designed for success. I stand out in my location. I am distinguished because I walk in the love of God. I represent God adequately in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation. I shine as light. I am set upon a hill and I cannot be hidden. I am an effective witness of the kingdom of God because I walk in love.

A Better Covenant

(Hebrews 8:6 NKJV) “But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.”

The Old and New Testaments are very much different from each other. In the Old Testament, God was dealing with people with hardened hearts that could not consistently walk in His ways no matter how they tried. In the New Testament, God is dealing with saints that have His very nature. We are those saints and we have God’s nature of love.

The New Testament is based on the fact that God is now relating with the creatures of His love. Jesus is the mediator of this New Testament which is described as a more excellent ministry. The Bible also calls it a better covenant. As we walk in this better covenant by expressing our new nature of God’s love, we walk in better promises than those under the old covenant.

The men who walked with God in the Old Testament enjoyed some really great benefits. They were rich and prosperous and had the blessing of God over their households. Imagine that! We are entitled to better promises and greater benefits.

A Promise of Long Life

(Exodus 23:26 NKJV) “No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.”

One of the benefits of walking in love is the promise of long life. When believers refuse to walk in the love of God, they actually shorten their own lives through their actions.

Walking in love guarantees a prosperous long life. Strife, division and unforgiveness, on the other hand, are agents of the enemy to rob us of this promise. Even when people hurt and offend you, continue to respond to them in kindness.

Do you want to live long on this earth? Do you want a prosperous long life? If you are planning to completely fulfill God’s purpose for your life, then you should desire a prosperous long life. If that is the case, then make up your mind to walk in the love of God at all times.

You must be willing to bring yourself in subjection to the love of God. Resist every temptation to walk in the flesh. You literally have your life in your own hands. Prolong that life by making a quality decision to walk in love at all times.
